Yes. Every program is a single payment, no subscriptions. No monthly fees, no renewal charges, nothing hidden. Pay once and your materials are yours for good.

There are two cases. For the DOT collector qualifications (Urine, BAT, Oral, and the bundles), you get a full refund within 30 days, as long as you haven't shown up to your live Zoom session or downloaded a qualification packet yet. For the certificates and self-paced courses (HIPAA, OSHA, RS Supervisor, DER, Train the Trainer, and so on), it's a full refund within 14 days, as long as you haven't opened the course.
