No experience needed at all. Our programs are built for complete beginners and walk you through every DOT requirement from the ground up.
Yes. Our curriculum is fully aligned with 49 CFR Part 40. We cover all required training elements, including the 5 mandatory error-free mock collections for collectors.
Training is conducted live via Zoom with a certified instructor. You'll also have access to supporting reference materials and guides in your student portal to review anytime.
The Collector program takes approximately 2–3 hours, and the BAT program takes about 1–2 hours. Many students complete the bundle in one day.
You receive an official training certificate, completed mock collection records, a qualification statement, and a full documentation package — everything needed for a DOT audit.
